Terms of Sale
Plain terms, written to be read. They apply to every order placed through this site.
Who you are buying from
Zoitra Collective sells the pieces listed on this site directly to you. Writing to [email protected] reaches the same small team that supports your order.
Placing an order
Adding a piece to your bag does not reserve it. A contract is formed when your payment is captured and you receive the confirmation email with your order reference. If we cannot make a piece, we cancel that line and refund it in full.
Personal Edition requests
Personalization is available only in the separate blank-base catalogue, not on Zoitra artwork products. Images and custom text are checked before payment, and anything that cannot be accepted will not proceed to production. You may cancel before production begins; once production starts, the item is made for you and cannot be changed except where required by applicable law.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars and are set on the server, not in your browser. The amount you approve in PayPal is the amount charged. If your card or PayPal balance is held in another currency, your provider applies its own conversion rate.
Taxes and duties
Sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated automatically from your delivery address at checkout using the published rate for that country, state or province, and is shown as a separate line before you pay. Where a country charges import duties on arrival instead, that is noted at checkout and those charges are settled by the recipient.
Making and shipping
Every piece is produced after you order it, usually within two to five working days, then sent from the production partner nearest your address. Delivery estimates are shown per country at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. We ship worldwide except where sanctions or carrier restrictions prevent it.
Changes and cancellations
Write to us within twelve hours of ordering and we will change the size, colour or address if production has not started. After that the piece is already being made and cannot be altered.
Returns and refunds
You have thirty days from delivery to return an unworn, unwashed piece in its original packaging for a refund of the item price. Return postage is yours unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it and refund the full amount including shipping. Refunds go back to the original PayPal payment within ten working days of the return arriving.
Faulty or damaged goods
Send a photo to [email protected] within thirty days of delivery. We remake or refund, whichever you prefer, and never ask you to post a faulty item back at your own cost.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you hold under the consumer law of the country you live in, including the fourteen day right of withdrawal within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order you placed. We are not liable for indirect losses, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
