Care and delivery
Washing and drying
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Skip fabric softener, which coats cotton and dulls the surface. Tumble dry low or hang in shade. Any print on the garment should never meet a hot iron directly; press from the reverse.
Production time
Because each piece is made for your order, allow two to five working days before dispatch. Larger orders of ten items or more may take a day longer while the run is completed together.
Personal Edition
Personal Edition pieces are prepared for your order after you preview your text or image. Please check the spelling, placement and selected product details before adding a custom piece to your bag.
Shipping
Standard delivery is three to seven working days after dispatch within the United States and most of Europe, and seven to fourteen elsewhere. A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the workshop.
Sizing
Our tees and long sleeves fit true with a straight body. The hoodie and crewneck are cut one step roomier for layering. If you are between sizes and prefer a closer fit, take the smaller one.
Returns
If a piece arrives faulty or the print is off, email [email protected] within thirty days with a photo and we will remake or refund it. Since garments are produced individually, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, so please check the size guidance first.
Payment
Checkout runs through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a credit or debit card. We never see or store your card details.
