Privacy Policy
We collect the least we can get away with, and this page says exactly what that is.
What we collect
Your name, email address, delivery address and the contents of your order. That is the whole list. We never see or store your card details: payment happens inside PayPal and only a payment reference comes back to us.
Personal Edition details
If you choose Personalization, the image or text you submit is checked before payment and used only to prepare your order. The submitted artwork and print-ready file are kept privately for the order and provider handoff. We do not use personalization content for advertising or publish it outside the order and fulfillment record.
What stays in your browser
Your bag, your chosen language and your light or dark preference are kept in your own browser storage. They never leave your device unless you check out.
Why we hold it
To take payment, make your order, ship it, email your receipt and answer you if something goes wrong. We also keep order records for the period our tax authorities require.
Who else sees it
PayPal processes the payment. Our production partners receive the name, address and item details needed to make and post the parcel. Our email provider sends the receipt. Our database provider stores the order. None of them are allowed to use your details for their own marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Marketing
We only email you about the order you placed. There is no newsletter attached to checkout and no pre-ticked boxes.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy accounting and tax rules. Anything not needed for that, such as support correspondence, is removed within two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase everything not required by law. Write to [email protected] and we respond within thirty days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
International transfers
Because pieces are produced near the delivery address, your shipping details may be sent to a production partner in another country. Those transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses with each partner.
Cookies
We use no advertising cookies and no third party tracking. PayPal sets its own cookies inside its payment window, governed by PayPal's policy.
